EventSphere is the only official housing provider of Interwire 2025. We do not endorse booking hotel reservations through any other source. Other third-party companies may contact you in an effort to get you to book through them, and will often misrepresent themselves as the official housing provider. Should you book a room through any other company, we will not be able to protect you from a non-refundable deposit or lack of reservation completely. If you are contacted by someone other than EventSphere, please let us know by emailing interwire@eventsphere.com.

Cancellation Policy: Event participant must cancel at least seven days (7) days prior to scheduled date to avoid forfeiture of two (2) night's room and tax deposit. Early Departure Fee: Must have 48-hour notice of early departure or guest will be charged 1-night and tax. More policy information for each hotel is available on the housing website.
